The best party of the summer returns on May 27 th , 2023! You do not want to miss your chance to mingle with the best of Vancouver business leaders, philanthropists, and community members as we come together to raise important funds for Zajac Ranch for Children.
As we take over the entirety of Terminal City Club, you will find yourself immersed in an elegant evening full of summer vibes as you are whisked away around the world to Paris, New Orleans, Miami, Italy, and the tropics. Sipping on endless drinks, including delicious wine poured by our famous wine fairies, you will dance your feet off to amazing music provided by our favourite live bands and DJs. This night will be an experience full of inspirational stories, musical performances, silent auction prizes, and decadent cuisine set in food stations throughout the Club.
Join us and help to remove physical and financial barriers for children and young adults living with disabilities and complex medical conditions by including them in a life-changing camp experience at the medically supported Zajac Ranch for Children this summer.

Zajac Ranch offers camps specifically designed for children and young adults who suffer from chronic, life-threatening, or debilitating conditions.
These camps provide a unique opportunity for participants to enjoy the outdoors while also fostering social and environmental awareness, building self-confidence, and cultivating positive attitudes towards physical activity.

Raising The Bar Award
We are proud to announce Gillian Segal as the recipient of of 2023 Raising The Bar Award in recognition of her philanthropic leadership.
Gillian Segal is the Principal and Founder of Gillian Segal Design, an interior design firm specializing in custom residential design. Since launching, she has built an impressive client roster in Vancouver and beyond curating timeless yet personalized spaces that reflect her client style. Seen in Architectural Digest, Elle Decor, and Vogue to name a few, Gillian’s work is distinguishable throughout the world.
Gillian is an avid philantropist within our community currently holding the position of co-chair for the Young Women’s Council at the BC Women’s Health Foundation. Inspired by her father’s work in Neurology, contributing to health care has always been a part of Gillian’s life especially after her experience at BC Women’s and the help she received after the birth of her first daughter.
Gillian is a firm believer in always supporting the community around her since a young age. When at home Gillian and her husband are busy raising two little girls who will continue to shape the future of our community.
We thank Gillian for her support for our cause at the Zajac Ranch for Children and her continuous generosity in the broader community.

Jeff was one of the original co-founders of Zajac Nights. Following, a successful first year he joined the board of directors for the Zajac Foundation. He is currently working at Sandstorm Gold Royalties as an associate, Business Development.
Alex’s involvement with the Zajac Foundation stems from her passion to ensure that all members of our community have equal opportunities. She believes that the Zajac Ranch for Children is a special place that allows children the chance to experience camp without limitations. Alex is currently a General Manager for Cactus Club Cafe.
Darcy has been on the Zajac Nights Committee since 2018. Darcy is a peak performance coach who helps individuals unlock their potential. He spends a lot of his time working with young athletes.
Rachel has been on the committee since 2016. She has a passion for philanthropy within her community and understands the importance of giving back. Rachel is currently a New Partner Consultant at Fresha as well as sits on the Health Equality Emerging Leaders Committee part of the BC Women’s Foundation.
Rebecca has been on the committee since 2016. She has an enthusiasm for getting involved in giving back to communities and specifically being apart of the Zajac Summer Nights committee that ensures no camper is left behind. Rebecca is a property manager for Belmont Properties as well as sits on the Health Equality Emerging Leaders Committee part of the BC Women’s Foundation.
Kevin has been involved in the real estate industry for 10 years and is now the Business Development Manager at Counterpoint Projects which does Commercial Design/Build Construction management. This is his second year returning to Zajac Nights committee and he is passionate about the work done at the Zajc Ranch for Children.
Aisha the Marketing Manager at AntiSocial, a digital creative agency, and has been an attendee at Zajac Nights over the past 5 years. She has always been inspired by the work Zajac Ranch has put into ensuring an enjoyable experience for many deserving kids. This year, she is excited to join the committee to put together yet another amazing event.
Meagan is Philanthropic Strategic Consultant to support multiple non-profit volunteer initiatives while acting as a career advisor for non-profit organizations and family foundations internationally.
U40 Presenting Members
This U40 initiative group is comprised of young, urban professionals determined to make an impact in the community. Zajac Nights features young professionals from all industries alongside established leaders and executives. The annual event is a key opportunity for attendees to have a great time while raising money for a great cause.
